Library is the heart, mind and soul of an educational institution and a fountain-head of innovativeness, inspiration and insight both for the students and the faculty. Vyasa library aims at providing access to its printed resources such as books and journals for the use of faculty and staff. The library stock is increasing every year. The library is supervised by a committee consisting of the librarian and five members from the faculty. Students and staff members can access the library from 9.30 a.m to 4.00 p.m in all working days. A digital library section also offers the latest online reading materials including databases such as EBSCO, INFLIBNET and DELNET.
Our classrooms provide opportunities for a quality education for our students. The Lecture halls at Vyasa are spacious and designed to ensure that each student has sufficient space, and each faculty member has the facilities necessary for addressing the students. These Lecture Halls, make classroom teaching and learning an enjoyable and fruitful experience for the students as well as faculty members. Display boards have been put up in all departments, which serve as platforms for encouraging creativity and increasing awareness among the students. Apart from these, we have so many club activities like NSS,YRC RRC,SPORTS ,FINE ARTS ,NATURE CLUB Etc. Our college is one of the members of UNNAT BHARATH ABHYAN (UBA),ICT ACCADEMY and many other international institutions too.
Vyasa College provides hostel facilities to the students to facilitate the learning process more effectively. This place is created to make the students to feel as the best place next to their home. The menu is planned as a mix of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food with variety every day. Great emphasis is laid on hygiene, quality and cleanliness of the food which is staffed by experienced and skilled cooks. Facilities at Hostel includes located inside the campus at a walkable distance with well furnished rooms, Hot Water Facility, Purified Drinking Water, Separate Dining Hall, News Paper & Magazines, Television, and Transport Facilities.
The sprawling college campus at Vyasa College includes three floors and open space sports facilities surrounded with garden. The teaching - learning process is facilitated with 35 class rooms. Meditation and yoga halls are provided to improve the student's self-awareness, self-reliance and self-regulation. The day work begins at 9.30 a.m with prayer and meditation, reading of daily news, announcements etc. Per week one hour is allotted for value based spiritual education as an integration of soul development of humanity. Spacious, well ventilated, well-equipped and well-furnished classrooms with projectors and screens facilitate and reinforce effective teaching-learning experience for the faculty and students.
A full-fledged transport department functions in the college to provide transport facility to the students from various places at a subsidized charge. Vyasa college has an efficient and reliable transport system with 18 buses and bus stops planned as close to the student's house as possible.
In order to empower the women students and train them to be self - employed, the entrepreneurship development cell has bean set up from the inception of the college. The main objective of this cell to create Entrepreneurship Awareness Camps and Entrepreneurship Development Programmes for the students.
VYASA has set up highly advanced science and computer laboratories attached to different departments. These are adequately equipped with the latest gadgets, instruments and apparatus with the aim of providing students conceptual as well as practical understanding of the subject through hands-on training. State of the art computer laboratory, Chemistry laboratory, Physics laboratory, Zoology laboratory, and a Seminar hall. The other facilities inside the campus includes purified drinking water, good atmosphere for developing the creativity of the students, CCTV camera coverage and installation of effective mike systems for addressing the students.
